How much is the travel fee?
It depends on your city. I tell you in writing before the visit, along with the proposed time.
How soon can you come?
Say how urgent it is in the form: today, this week or no rush. I reply with a specific time.
Do I need to bring my Mac somewhere?
No, I come to your home or office. I diagnose the problem at your place. If I can fix it on site, I do. If not, I tell you what it will cost and take the device for the repair.
Do my photos and documents stay private?
At your place, I work in front of you. For remote help, you see everything I do. If I need to take the device, I tell you first.
How does remote help work?
The session starts only when you ask for it. You see everything I do on your screen, from start to finish.
What should I have ready for the visit?
The device’s charger, your computer password and the password for your Apple, Google or Microsoft account. Also note when the problem started. See how a visit goes.
Do you also handle PCs?
Yes. The Mac is my specialty, but I also look after Windows PCs.
